• To be a fit with our agency, agents should align with our company values, have a strong work ethic, and be willing to work hard to build a career in travel. We are not a hobby agency.

• Potential travel agents should have a willingness and drive to learn and grow. Our agency provides training and a mentor in the industry to help you succeed.

• A travel agent should not only be a good planner, organized, and have excellent communication skills, but they should also be prepared to be creative in finding clients and building their customer base. Having experience in social media and/or marketing is a huge benefit.
