Hi, I’m Ellen. I first visited Walt Disney World at 22 and I've been hooked on the magic ever since — my husband and I even honeymooned there! While Disney has a special place in my heart, I also enjoy trips to Universal and cruises.
I love researching hotels, restaurants, itineraries, and packing tips — even when I don’t personally have a trip coming up. As a mom of two, I appreciate how much the little details matter in making a vacation feel easier and more enjoyable. What destinations do you specialize in?
Disney is my favorite to book and definitely the one I have the most experience in, but I also love booking trips to Universal and cruises to anywhere!
Why did you choose to become a travel agent?
I found myself constantly asking people where they were traveling, what hotel they were staying at, what plans they made, etc. I talked to a friend of a friend about WDW/DCL for an hour one day and he said "Are you a travel agent or something?" To which I replied no and he promptly said "Well, you should be. You clearly have a passion for this." And so here I am! Turning my love of packing, planning, and preparing into a job to help everyone who maybe doesn't love planning all the details as much as I do.
What is on your travel bucket list?
Two things: 1. Go to New Zealand to see the hobbit holes and where they filmed Lord of the Rings. 2. Visit all of the Disney Parks. 6 down, 6 to go!
